This project was a joint venture between the City of Lafayette, as land owner, and Columbia Properties, LLC, developer and occupant of the building. Because of this unique partnership, the design of the building had to meet the expectations of several governmental agencies as well as the private owner. Keystone was successful in bringing together a beautiful design that exceeded the expectations of all concerned.
The building features a two-story atrium lobby with access to the adjacent parking garage on all levels. The building is a class 'A' office building featuring state of the art data and communications cabling systems, open office planning and zoned HVAC systems to provide a modern, comfortable office environment which will serve tenants and owners for many years.
The building houses seven different firms, from attorneys to accountants, to stock brokers. Keystone was retained by the Building Owners to design most of the individual business layouts, including several of the interior designs. The building is one of the premier office buildings in Lafayette, and boasts 100% occupancy – thanks to a beautiful, functional, and flexible design concept by Keystone Architecture.
